We understand that choosing the right pieces for your bathroom can be an exciting but daunting process, so our expert designers are on hand to guide you through those initial design concepts with a complimentary consultation.

We suggest you bring along any room dimensions or architect plans as well as any preferred design concepts, so that our designers can provide you with the very best qualified advice. Any specific details regarding your plumbing systems and location will prove most useful at this time. (If you don’t have plans, feel free to ask the team about home/site visits).

Our designer will be delighted to provide you with expert instruction and design solutions, including basic room layouts, product details and a full quotation at this point.

THREE SIMPLE WAYS TO DESIGN YOUR BATHROOM

Our wonderful team are on hand to assist you in a variety of ways with your bathroom design.

Tailored Consultation (Remote) – Looking for a professional and knowledgable service but unable to visit a showroom?
Simply get in touch and a designated designer will guide you through the entire process – from plans and products through to fittings and finishes.
Showroom Visit – Head into our Pluckley, Tunbridge Wells or Chelsea (London) showrooms to explore all possibilities first hand. Book an appointment to discuss with a designer and really get a feel for our products.
Home/Site Visit – An on-site consultation can be provided if beneficial. Here we can discuss the project in more depth with yourself or your architect, check measurements if needed and address any technical concerns. *There may be a further charge for a site visit depending upon your location within the UK.

We always prefer to present your design in person, so we will call you to arrange a convenient appointment. At this time, it is not uncommon to make some tweaks and amendments to your design, and we will spend time with you to ensure that your every need is met!

We can provide you with a project summary, formal 2D plans of your proposed bathroom, images and specifications of each product and a suggested design concept which can include wall and floor materials, paint, stone, wood and metal finishes.

Once we have final sign-off and you are happy with the overall design and quotation, we will request a 50% deposit. Any bespoke products will require full payment at the time.

At this point your order will become live and commence production. We will also provide you with an estimated delivery date and any after sales care needed. Technical advice is always on hand should you require it.

Please note that lead-times are dependent on a number of factors, as many of our bathroom pieces are finished by hand in our own workshops. Any bespoke pieces or finishes requested will always add to your lead time.
