Polished Copper
The reflective qualities of this striking finish are perfect for bringing a room to life. It is also our most popular copper finish due to its versatility across a range of interior styles.

Brushed Copper
Matt in appearance, this variation is a subtle way to introduce copper tones to a room and also provides a fantastic contrast when paired with a polished copper or nickel interior.

Antique Copper
Presenting as an aged matt effect, this bold finish introduces darker tones than our brushed copper. It’s perfect for those moodier settings and industrial interiors.

Weathered Copper
A beautifully organic finish, our weathered copper mimics the natural aging process of copper and lends itself to a more rustic setting. Pairing this with a nickel interior really brings the finish to life.

Verdigris
Arguably our most distinctive finish, Verdigris’s blue and green hues are the result of the natural oxidation of Copper. If you’re looking for something with wow-factor this finish provides just that.

FAQs

Copper is a traditional material that has been used in the manufacture of baths for hundreds of years so makes it particularly suitable for period settings.

Our Copper Bateau’s generally weigh around 50 kgs thats 110 lbs. And can easily be moved by two people.

It really depends on how your bath is finished in the first instance. A copper bath that has been left in raw, untreated copper will oxidise very quickly and gradually assume a leathery brown colour. Generally we seal the copper with a very durable lacquer so it maintains its highly reflective finish.

All our copper baths have an integral plinth that is 150mm (6”) high. This allows for the fitting of the waste and overflow pipes plus some room for a trap. If required we can produce an exit hole in the rear of the plinth so the waste can run overground.

We recommend applying a thin bead of clear silicone or similar sealant to the base of the copper bath to secure it in position. And to prevent any water egress under the bath.
