Do you send samples to the US?
We are more than happy to send samples to partners in the US. If you require something specific, please do let us know and we will be happy to oblige.
What kinds of duties are applicable on imports to the USA?
Import duty is charged upon entry to the USA and is at the gift of the authorities there. As the situation at present is moving quite quickly it is best we quote indicative costs at the time of pricing your purchase.
Are your products suitable for US and Canadian Plumbing?
Our products are supplied with the relevant adaptors to ensure compatibility with US and Canadian plumbing pipe sizes and threads.
How do you ensure the safety of products in shipment?
Generally, we pack our products in robust timber crates to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. And remember everything we ship is fully insured so it is important that a full inspection of the packaging is undertaken before accepting delivery.
