Faulty Goods – if the item is faulty in any way, please contact us on 01233 840 840 so that we can determine what the fault is and whether the item needs to be returned to our warehouse or can be fixed on site. Where goods are faulty we will always try our best to replace them for you.
Personalised items – there is a strictly NO REFUND POLICY on personalised items - please call us on 01233 840 840 if you have any problems with a bespoke item that you have received.
Exchange Policy – we will exchange items if they are returned within 30 days of receipt of purchase/delivery date, providing they are in the original packaging and in a fully saleable condition. You must also provide proof of purchase/delivery.
Unwanted Goods - if the item is not to your liking or does not fit the space that you have allocated, it can be returned to us so long as it arrives back with us in the same condition as when it left. Once the item has been inspected on its return, if we are satisfied that it is unused and in perfect condition, then we shall issue a refund.
